Impacts of fisheries on marine mammals, turtles and birds. Impacts of birds, mammals, etc. on fisheries. Fishing and stock fluctuations: effect of fishing on the ‗optimum‘ take; cannibalism and fishing interactions; impact of trawling on seabed; effects of discards and industrial fisheries on stocks. Food and habitat interactions. Spatial and temporal competition between fish and higher vertebrates. Modelling interactions between man, vertebarates and fish resources. Management of shared resources of fishes and higher vertebrates.
