This course covers management-related topics in electronic business. Conceptualizing and maintaining an e-business strategy. It also focuses on economic impact of e-business strategies and management practices, models of e-business, electronic payment systems, Internet security, ethics and privacy, and advanced e-business trends and issues. Topics Include: The knowledge management life cycle model; Leadership in dynamic ebusiness environments; E-business models and networks; E-business modeling, ontologies and business rules; E-business security and reliability; E-business middleware, integration and protocols; XML, e-business processes, web services and semantic web services.
