Telephony As in FREN 357 and 358, the general objective of this course remains the acquisition of useful and specialised vocabulary, basic knowledge and know-how as well as competence in oral and written expression in Business. The following areas are proposed for study: Transport Services, Telecommunication and Telephony, Insurance. Students will learn to describe the basic activities of the services concerned. Additionally, a more rigorous analytical approach to the texts will the adopted. Preference will be given to the choice of argumentative topics for oral and written production.
