DANS 316 — Traditional Songs II

The course explores vocal and singing skills pertinent to the dancer. Students will learn to sing additional folk songs from selected areas in Ghana. Detailed analysis and interpretation of the selected songs as well as an examination of their contextual performances with their corresponding dances shall be undertaken.
