PSYC 101 — Elements of Psychology

This course is designed to introduce students to the history, basic theories, research methods and principles of Psychology. It is aimed at laying the foundation for higher level courses in Psychology. At the end of the course, it is expected that students will have basic knowledge of what psychology is, its goals, some psychological theories and principles underlying behavior, and also be in the position to relate what they have learnt to issues of everyday life.
