This course is intended to introduce students to motivational causes of behaviour and the emotions experienced. Understanding motivation and emotion is fundamental to understanding human behaviour. Emphasis will be placed on the theories, sources and types of motivation and emotion. At the end of the course, students should be able to explain motivational causes of behavior and the expression of emotions.
