Terms of Service
Last updated August 6, 2026
These terms cover what you can expect from Questora and what we expect from you while using it.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Questora you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. The service
Questora is an AI study platform. It turns your own course materials into practice questions, mock exams, revision sessions, study plans and progress insights. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
4. Academic integrity
Questora is a study aid. Use it in line with your institution's rules. It is not for submitting AI output as your own coursework or for any form of exam misconduct.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the materials you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process them so we can provide the features you use. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.
6. AI output
AI-generated questions, explanations and images can be wrong or incomplete. Always check important material against your lecturer's notes and official sources. Questora does not predict exam questions.
7. Payments and credits
Paid plans and credits are billed as shown at checkout. Credits are consumed by AI features and are non-transferable. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service, upload unlawful content, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Questora is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including academic outcomes, arising from use of the service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.
