Customer care is essential not only in the retention of existing clients, but also in fostering business growth. This course on customer care will expose students to the rudiments of customer care and will focus on topics such as customer behaviours and expectations, listening to customers, the internal customer, customer communication, recognition and reward and the sustenance of a customer focus.
